The Role- Select and show homes and properties that meet clients? needs and identifying the best options to meet those needs, refining needs along the way- Build lists of properties with detailed specifications, advertisements, networking, and relationships- Head up the negotiations with clients, review contracts terms, and verify accuracy- Consult with clients on how to sell or rent their home quickly and for a good value- Advise clients throughout the negotiation process to help them get maximum value for their home- Estimate property value through skilled comparative market analysis- Negotiation with prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from viewing through to offer stage - Answer questions about contracts and terms of sale or rent- Assist buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing real estate property for the best price and terms- Maintain and update listings of your available properties with complete documentation and marketing materials- Develop business networks and collaborate with developers, mortgage lenders, and banks- Advise clients throughout the negotiation process to help them get maximum value for their home
