-Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.- Participates in the setting of Company goals and Achieves Assigned Department Annual Sales Target.- Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.- Assists in the development and implementation of Marketing Plans which includes and not limited to: Marketing Budget, Sales Tools (Catalogues, Leaflets, etc.), Advertising, Exhibition Participation, etc.- Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.- Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.- Payment Collection & Follow Up- To bring new products ?on board? through market research and market analysis.- To keep up-to-date/current with the latest trends and recommend which products need to be sold.- Attend meetings, exhibitions, conferences, etc. in order to recommend new products as per the customers? wants and needs.-To Lead the Sales & Distribution organization in the assigned area ensuring Sales and secondary distribution, in line with the Sales & Distribution policies to deliver sales targets.
