We are looking for a motivated and results-driven sales/Marketing Executive in Beauty/Hair care to join our client?s team.
We are seeking a candidate who is persuasive, energetic, and ready to go the extra mile to ensure client?s satisfaction.
The applicant should identify distributors and different channels of product promotion.

Duties and Responsibilities

Schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers both in B2B and B2C markets
Communicate with clients via email, phone calls, regular visit to identify new distributors in UAE/GCC and acquire new retailers/salons etc.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
Perform cost-benefit analysis for prospective clients
Advise on appropriate purchase options
Promote our products as directed by management
Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review
