? Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team? Lead the sales team to meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets? Set the sales targets of each individual member of the department? Deep understanding or ability to study and analyze the market, and proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities? Keep abreast on the latest innovations and trends in the market by active networking with stakeholders in the industry and attending workshops, exhibitions, and seminars?
