Job Description

A new concept store in Mall of The Emirates is seeking to hire a sales manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team. You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and responsible for lead generation. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople.Responsibilities

  • Start-up mentality
  • Create a sales strategy for the UAE market
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company?s customer base and ensure it?s strong presence
  • Maximizing business opportunities by conducting ongoing market research and competitor analysis
  • Create product-marketing plans with key events and activities to achieve sales demand creation
  • Manage Team of Sales Executives, Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly Forecast, Reporting, KPIs
  • Managing both B2B and B2C clients.
  • Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
  • Carry own quota and assign targets for account managers
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Build UAE solid reliable pipeline
