Job Description

A leading wheat and flour manufacturing and exporting international company is looking for highly experienced Sales Manager for its Dubai office. This is great opportunity to work for a well-established corporation and join our team of dedicated professionals. The manager will be in charge of sales team and supervise sales operations in the region. Successful candidate will be offered very competitive salary package and additional benefits based on applicant?s qualifications and experience.RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and implement strategic business plan that expands company?s customer base and ensures it?s strong presence in the wheat flour market
  • Establish client base in the region including small and medium business establishments?
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and explore new areas of growth
  • Supervise sales operations and maintain timely reporting
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
