  1. Supervise?real estate advisor tasks and targets.
  2. Set and execute weekly, monthly, and annual goals for the agents to work towards.
  3. Great communicator, keeping agents motivated to achieve sales targets.
  4. Guide sales agents with client meetings and proposals.
  5. Conduct sales meetings with agents on a regular basis.
  6. Maintaining high-profile client relationships.
  7. Monitoring sales team compliance.
  8. Co-organizing open house & PR events with the marketing team.
  9. Co-facilitate talent acquisition by supporting training and recruitment initiatives.
  10. Work independently with clients to buy, sell, or rent properties.
  11. Co-authoring training program for the company:
  • Networking
  • Listing
  • Negotiation
  • Financing
