We are looking for Sales Manager for Dubai, UAE.Position Summary:The job holder will be responsible for developing and implementing of sales strategies to achieve sales target establishedd by the management.Key Responsibilities/KRAs/KPIs:Business Management? Creating new and innovative sales campaigns to grow awareness and drive sales in coordination with the marketing team? Reporting performance of Sales to the management as per required frequency? Manage outbound corporate sales to reach set target? Maintaining a clean CRM to ensure maximum performance with accounts? Attend networking events to grow business connectionsOperations Management? Identify customers as per market segment and approach them for meeting? Developing relationships and sales processes with key accounts? Providing details of all the services provided by the company to customer? Providing proposal to customer in line with their requirements? Negotiating and finalyzing the deal with customer and communicate to concern people with the companyPeople Management? Manage the performance of the team ? set annual performance goals, monitor performance and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.? Identify their training and development needs and ensure their fulfilment? Develop and mentor subordinates to move to the next higher level of job through career planning and develop a development chart? Ensure compliance to Company policies and values. Coordinate with the HR for appraisals of the Marketing teamMarket Research? Conduct periodic market research to study the customer profile / preferences and buying patterns, in coordination with Corporate Marketing? Conduct market research to study the effectiveness of the media campaign and with respect to the money spent, in coordination with Marketing Team? Building a corporate database to manage and remarket to, driving initial and repeat business? Construct deals with resellers to grow the market internationally
