Job Summary:The Sales manager lead the business development & growth of institutional sales Division of the company, including Premium gifts, writing products and corporate gifts Items. Key Accountabilities:The Sales Manager will be responsible for the business development:?Manage the existing customers with high satisfaction?Develop new customer base / clients?Ensure that our portfolio of products is sold effectively and remains profitable with good growth?Develop the current sales channels, new ones & digital platforms?Enhance the corporate sales including government tenders & bids?Responsible for managing & growing business ?Identify and evaluate the market and new target clients?Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability?Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and to maintain sales funnels?Conducting meetings with clients and working out?Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company?s unique selling propositions and differentiators?Selling brand of corporate gifts to various companiesSkills & Qualifications:?Sales oriented & best retail selling skills?Previous experience as a sales supervisor / sales manager?Good relationship management?Good knowledge of UAE & GCC Market?Excellent negotiation / trade negotiation skills?Strong in client connection and client services?A proven track record in driving business forward?Excellent interpersonal and communication skills?Experience in corporate sales perfumes, gifts?UAE Driving License and car is a MUST?Master?s or higher degree in Business Management or equivalent?Fluency in English
