  • Active selling & grow pipeline; proactively approach B2B Partners to capture their orders by closely following up their pipeline for Retail & projects business.
  • Monitor the margin all time and align with the LM on the pricing when needed
  • Actively work on reducing the lead time by improving the processes &systems
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Resolve any problems or queries that our customers might face
  • Review and verify orders information and shipping instructions to ensure 100% accuracy
