The Sales Compensation Analyst is responsible for supporting the global Honeywell businesses using different software solutions to provide expertise in administration of Sales Incentive Program. We are specifically looking for an individual to work closely with the business to understand and integrate data and ensure timely and accurate incentives processingAs part of the Commercial Excellence team, the Sales Compensation Analyst position provides a unique opportunity for a highly talented individual to drive significant value in a world class team and offers exposure to a wide variety of people and disciplines across the organization.Specific responsibilities include:Administration of Sales Participant data in the Sales Compensation system to ensure all hires, terminations and employee data changes are up to dateActive involvement in requirements gathering and create documentation, maintain and update existing business processes based on business requestsProviding support in implementing Compensation plans for all SIP eligible employeesManage compensation plans and credit mapping rules for sales participants in the incentive toolValidating sales compensation data for accuracy and consistency with the corporate Sales Compensation policies and guidelinesCollaborating with Sales Operations and Sales Management to timely resolve sales compensation issuesSupport training to Sales teams around Compensation-related processes, procedures and program detailsCommunicate effectively with stakeholders and provide ongoing support to proactively assist business in making informed management decisionsSupport IC Plan health check analysis to the sales leadershipEnsure compliance with global standards and maintaining efficiency while meeting critical deadlines
