Sales HeadJob Location : UAE:?Supervise Internal Sales team, Design Engineers, Operation Engineers, Purchasers, and other Internal Staff for smooth project execution & completion within cost and time-constrained environments; pivotal in:?Preparation of new Quotations (RFPs/ RFQs), submittal & positioning of the solution?Sizing and selection of Pressure Regulators, Relief Valves, Flow Meters, Measurement & Analytical Solutions.?Client follow-up, Technical/Commercial Clarifications regarding submitted quotation.?Purchase of Equipment, effective pre-and post-sales support?Liaising with clients, suppliers, contractors, and relevant authorities for various approvals/project specifications?Responsible for order entry, net sales, and gross profit for the territory in charge.?Responsible person and driving force for the implementation of country-specific business plans, sales strategies, and creation of performance evaluation.?Driving & ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and quality standards?Understand market behaviour, local business relevant legislation and customs regulations?Managing end-to-end project sales process right from inquiry generation to order closer & payment collection?Follow up of inquiries and actions including payments.?Identify potential clients/key accounts in target organizations for business developmentRequirements :?Bachelors in Mechanical Engineer or equivalent?Masters in Business Administration?Min 8+ years selling experience with Oil & Gas and diverse industries?Have excellent oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English.?Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.?Be able to influence others, lead small teams and initiatives of moderate scope and impact.?Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
