Job Description

We are hiring for a Sales GirlA well-known Bakery Dubai, UAE is currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Sales Girl to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales roles in a Bakery.Salary - AED 2500+Commission + TransportResponsibilities:

  1. Engage with potential clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Identify and understand customer needs and requirements.
  3. Promote and sell a wide range of products to customers.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  6. Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  7. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a monthly basis.
  8. Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth.
  9. Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and achieve team goals.
  10. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and documentation on a regular basis.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales roles is required.
  2. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  5. Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  6. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
  7. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  8. Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  10. Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
