Design and develop custom solutions on the force.com platform including significant work in Apex, Visual Force, application integration and data migration
Design and implement business technology solutions focused on cloud-based business applications, specifically, Salesforce.com
Involved in developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, testing and deployment
Works directly with clients to lead projects, facilitates business process analysis sessions, develops and delivers key components of technology solution
Contribute the growth of the practice through though-leadership, development of solution accelerators, reusable assets and participation and ownership of other operational areas (recruiting, onboarding, training, enablement, etc.)
Provide mentoring and guidance to other team members
Should be able to conduct requirement-gathering sessions, articulating Salesforce features to business users and drive/participate in prototyping solutions.
Experience in performing the requirement fit gap analysis with product capabilities and defining configuration vs customization options
Should be able to create Business requirement documents, Functional requirement documents along with traceability matrix.
Ability to liaise with technical team to convert requirements to Technical Specification
Minimum Education: Bachelor?s Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or related degree required.
