AccuTrees client is an AI-powered accounting and tax service built for startups, freelancers, and SMEs in the UAE. We take care of the books, VAT filings, and corporate tax compliance ? blending automation with expert support. With growing inbound demand, were looking for a remote sales professional to guide new leads through discovery, explain how our service works, and help them sign up confidently.About the Role?Youll be the first human touchpoint for most of our leads ? founders, freelancers, and ecom sellers who want to learn more. Your job is to respond fast, run tight discovery, guide them toward the right solution, and close with confidence.The main focus is on converting inbound leads, but this role goes beyond pure inbound. Youll also help re-engage older leads, reach out to potential prospects, support light outbound and partnership outreach, and feed insight back into the team. Were looking for someone whos structured, persuasive, and adaptable ? a sales generalist who thrives in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.Were well-funded, and were building something ambitious: the future of accounting, powered by AI. Youll work alongside a small, sharp team of operators, technologists, and growth minds ? the kind of people who get things done and are excited by new ideas. Youll have a front-row seat to how a modern tech-enabled service company grows, and real input into how we serve and convert customers.What Youll Be Doing

  • Respond to inbound leads via chat, emails and calls ? quickly and professionally
  • Run discovery calls with prospects to understand their needs
  • Reactivate cold leads and explore outbound outreach
  • Explain our services (bookkeeping, VAT, corporate tax) in clear, human terms
  • Guide founders, freelancers, and ecommerce sellers toward the right plan
  • Follow up diligently with leads across channels (chat, email, WhatsApp, Zoom)
  • Track everything in the CRM and refine your own pipeline
  • Share product feedback and customer insights with the team
  • Contribute ideas to help us improve messaging, FAQs, and onboarding flow
