Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the leading local companies offering Water Solutions in Dubai, UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Sales Executive who will be responsible for marketing and sale of various water products / solutions.<br /><br />- Survey market potential in UAE, identify potential clients, and plan territory coverage to ensure maximum market penetration.<br />- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to improve the business; prepare and perform technical presentations and demonstrate the differentiation of Water Solutions, water treatment products/services, that meet/exceed client needs<br />- Generate and execute sales plans for existing and new customer base; manage negotiations for customer satisfaction on technical and commercial matters while overseeing a sustainable financial relationship with customer<br />- Manage marketplace stakeholders, in sector and customers, to ensure business growth and protection of current portfolio; understand business need and recommend continuous improvement, and innovation plans with stakeholder insights<br />- Managing profitability of the account; review territory applications and processes/procedures for safety improvements.<br />- Manage responsibility for all sales, account correspondence, contracts, orders received, new business implementation, troubleshooting, and follow-up within designated Customer Portfolio<br />- When necessary, provide guidance, coaching, and training of fellow Technical Engineers to increase application knowledge within the Team<br />- Engage in problem-solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data, and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performed at optimal levels.<br />- Create and coordinate a differentiated approach with given resources, and support for a sustainable growth of business and a trustworthy brand recognition in the market<br />- Report to Water Solutions Sales Manager, and collaborate with the rest of Team to ensure growth of the business, in and beyond the UAE<br /><br />Requirements- A bachelor degree in a science primarily in Chemistry or Engineering preferred.<br />- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Water Solutions sales is required.<br />- Market knowledge of Hospitality, Heavy industry, District cooling plants, Oil & Gas is required.<br />- Working knowledge of cooling towers, steam boiler, chilled water, Reverse Osmosis and wastewater treatment system is mandatory.<br />- Excellent verbal and written skills in English.<br />- Fluent in Arabic is an advantage.<br />- Possess a valid UAE Drivers License<br /><br /><br />BenefitsAttractive Salary+Benefits<br />
