Job Description

IBS Shipping Services is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in the shipping and logistics sector. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, with a focus on understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions in shipping, freight, and logistics services.Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the shipping and logistics sector to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Present and promote the companys shipping and logistics services to clients, offering customized solutions based on their needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to potential clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Track and report on sales performance and market trends, providing insights to the management team.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new services to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.
