Job Description

Job Purpose:A Sales Executive will drive a companys product sales by actively seeking out prospects and pursuing sales opportunities. Their responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating the CRM database, and meeting sales targets. Their role also involves stocking shelves, handling financial transactions, and ensuring excellent customer service to drive business success.Key Accountabilities:

  • Greeting, interacting, and directing customers to our products.
  • Track sales for each product and account. Submit weekly report to track progress.
  • Timely response to customer inquiries within 24 hours of receipt of a request.
  • Ensures annual and monthly sales target is met as directed by management.
  • Monthly cash collection target to be met.
  • Continuous follow-up to collect overdue payments.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders (employees, suppliers, regulators, customers, etc.)
  • Establishes and promotes a culture of appropriate and timely feedback by ensuring regular 1:1 meetings are held with team members on a weekly and monthly basis to discuss work progress, areas for improvement, and obstacles.
  • Provides team members with necessary resources and encourages them to work towards achieving goals and expected results by setting challenging but achievable objectives and instilling passion in team members for their work
  • Appropriate formal business attire, proper grooming, and hygiene must always be observed.
  • Use various communication styles and select appropriate methods to communicate in different situations. Effective written, visual, and oral communication. Ensure effective cross-cultural sensitivity communication.
  • Actively seeks new opportunities to develop and be challenged using both formal and informal development channels.
  • Creates a development plan that includes clear, measurable goals for self and team (where applicable). Gathers information on what to focus on. Strives to apply new skills on the job.
