With its headquarters in London, England, the brand is known for its elegant and innovative designs.Job SummaryOn behalf of our client, we are looking for a Sales Executive to join the flagship boutique in Dubai Mall ? Grand Atrium. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, fluency in Russian and English, and prior experience in luxury retail, particularly in jewellery, watches, or high-end fashion.Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable luxury shopping experience.
  • Support the team in achieving sales targets and maximizing revenue.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the brand?s product range, history, and craftsmanship to provide expert consultations.
  • Assist in expanding the client base by proactively engaging with potential customers.
  • Maintain an impeccable boutique presentation, ensuring stock management and visual merchandising meet brand standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor?s degree (or equivalent) from an accredited university.
  • Languages: Fluency in Russian and English is required. Knowledge of Arabic or Chinese is a plus.
  • Experience: 3?5 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail (jewellery, watches, or fashion).
