Job Description

SELMA BENOMAR Atelier, an esteemed and exclusive designer atelier, is seeking a talented and motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our luxury designer products to discerning customers, working closely with our production team to ensure exceptional client experiences. If you have a passion for luxury fashion, excellent sales skills, and an eye for detail, we invite you to be a part of our renowned atelier.Responsibilities:

  1. Promote and sell our luxury designer products to potential customers, delivering exceptional customer service and personalized experiences.
  2. Collaborate closely with the production team to understand product specifications, customization options, and delivery timelines.
  3. Engage with clients to identify their needs, provide expert recommendations, and assist in the selection process.
  4. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the unique features, craftsmanship, and quality of our luxury fashion creations.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, nurturing long-term partnerships and fostering customer loyalty.
  6. Negotiate and finalize sales transactions, ensuring accurate order specifications and favorable terms for both the client and the atelier.
  7. Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders and manage customer expectations throughout the production process
  8. Attend events, fashion shows and photoshoots as needed by the management.
  9. Organize Private viewing for customers wishing the UAE and across GCC as needed.
  10. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare sales reports, and contribute to sales forecasts.
