Our client is a group of companies specialized in food stuff supply and looking for experienced resources as Sales Executive / Bakery Division.The potential candidate must have enough experience and skills. We preferred the potential candidate working in same fieldJob RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our Bakery Division. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in sales within the bakery or food industry, a strong understanding of bakery products, and a proven track record of achieving sales targetsKey Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for the Bakery Division.
  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge and expertise to clients during presentations.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
  • Monitor sales performance and analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns for bakery products.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
  • Attend industry trade shows and events to promote products and expand network.
  • Forecast market trends and advise management on potential opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and regularly update management on performance.
  • Implement feedback from customers to improve product offerings.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff as necessary.
