In this role, you?ll identify and acquire clients, manage relationships, and drive revenue growth for our membership-based solutions. Your expertise in sales and relationship management will play a key role in client satisfaction, membership renewals, and upselling opportunities.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Business Development: Build a consistent sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and innovative strategies.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into paying members.
  • Deal Closure: Deliver persuasive presentations and close deals effectively.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Membership Renewals & Upselling: Secure renewals and identify upselling opportunities for additional services.
  • CRM & Reporting: Manage sales activities and monitor the pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and refine sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional closing, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing a sales pipeline independently.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales management systems.
  • Prior experience in B2C sales, preferably in membership or subscription-based sectors.
