Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive (Chinese speaking) based in Dubai, UAE. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. This is a great opportunity for someone who is ambitious, self-driven, and looking to take their career to the next level.Responsibilities:

  1. Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and cold calling.
  2. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  3. Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market changes to identify new business opportunities.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  7. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
  8. Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  9. Provide feedback and insights from the market to the management team to improve products and services.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  5. Self-motivated and target-driven individual.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  8. Knowledge of the recruitment industry and its trends.
  9. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  10. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
