Sales Executive / Business Development Executive - Freight Forwarding and Logisticso Applicants without prior experience in freight forwarding or without UAE sales experience will not be shortlisted.o Full-time, Contract.o Identify new business opportunities and sales prospects for the companys freight forwarding services.o This role involves generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and promotingo Maintain realistic sales pipeline forecast for prospective customers.o Proven track record in business development, sales, and client management within the freight forwarding industry.o Performance-based incentives and bonuses.We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our Freight Forwarding team. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding industry, with an existing customer base or proven ability to generate business within UAE market, ability to maintain frequent monthly & quarterly sales includes all sectors of Freight Forwarding Air, Sea & Land.Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding sales (import/export).
  • Existing customer base or demonstrated ability to generate leads.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and freight forwarding operations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Maintaining assigned accounts and providing ongoing customer support.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies around the provision of logistical services.
  • Identifying and contacting prospective customers to promote logistical services and negotiate contracts.
  • Evaluating business processes, assessing risks, and recommending improvements to achieve sales targets.
  • Assessing customer needs and determining suitable modes of transportation that align with cost and timeframe expectations.
  • Developing and maintaining an effective carrier network and excellent customer relationships.
  • Strong skills in negotiating shipping lines and Airline carries for promoting the most attractive promotion rates in market.
