Your primary focus will be on selling our digital marketing services to businesses in Dubai, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:

1. Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online research.
2. Conduct thorough research on prospective clients, their industry, and their digital marketing needs to tailor personalized sales pitches and presentations.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and challenges, and positioning our services as the solution.
4. Present and demonstrate our digital marketing services to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits to their business.
5. Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements in collaboration with the sales and account management teams.
6. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the agency.
7. Continuously stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the digital marketing field to effectively articulate the agencys competitive advantages.
8. Collaborate closely with the account management and delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition of new clients and maintain client satisfaction.
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions using our CRM system.
10. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand your professional network and generate leads.

Requirements:?

1. Proven track record of successful sales experience in a digital marketing agency or related industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively present ideas.
4. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to overcome objections and secure deals.
5. Self-motivated and target-driven individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
7. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track and manage sales activities.
8. Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
9. Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
