Intention/Purpose:Responsible for achieving sales & income targets by consistently satisfying customer needs and getting repeat orders.Areas of responsibility:? Plan activities quarterly/ monthly to achieve agreed sales targets. ? Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls, emails etc. ? Negotiate effective terms of agreement and close sales.? Acquire product knowledge and advise the customers wherever necessary.? Make accurate and rapid cost calculations, and provide customers with quotations ? Check quantities of goods in stock and place orders accordingly.? Liaise with suppliers to process orders and check on the progress.? Record sales and order information and prepare reports. Effectively use CRM system.? Feed future buying trends to the senior management.? Efficiently handle customer complaints and escalate sensitive issues to the senior management.? Follow-up on outstandings/ payments with the customers.? Effectively implement of quality initiatives.
