Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in Ready-mix Concrete/ Building Materials sales in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully dealing with Contractors/ Consultants/Clients and Precast companies in the region. As a Sales Executive, your main responsibility will be to introduce Company products and services to potential customers and increase sales in the market.

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails;
  • Manage and explore current and new accounts in the prescribed area allotted by the manager.
  • Study company targets about sales activities and strive for the continuous implementation of the same.
  • Manage typical conversion rate, sales call, revenue, and other reports in a precise manner for accurate evaluation.
  • Boost company reputation by approaching existing and potential prospects in-person and on a remote basis.
  • Understanding and promoting the company?s Products & Services as assigned.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company
  • Keep track of sales data and prepare reports for management
  • Attend industry events and exhibitions to promote our products and network with potential clients
