Job Description

Sales ExecutiveJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:•Identify and target potential clients, including furniture manufacturers, interior designers, architects, and retailers.•Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.•Generate leads through networking, cold calling, exhibitions, and online platforms.•Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.•Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to close deals.•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.•Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring satisfaction.•Regularly update clients on new product launches, promotions, and custom solutions.•Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.•Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies.•Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare detailed sales reports for management.•Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and campaigns.•Stay updated on the company’s product offerings, including fabrics, designs, and customization options.•Gather client feedback to suggest product improvements or new offerings.•Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of custom orders.Required Qualifications:•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).•4 to 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the furniture, upholstery, or interior design industry.•Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.•Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Preferred Skills:•Knowledge of upholstery materials and industry standards.•Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.•Excellent organizational and time-management skills.•A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
