Sales ExecutiveJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:•IDentify and develop strategic relationships with architects, consultants, specifiers, and project influencers.•Ensure our products are specified in upcoming projects across key sectors (residential, commercial, industrial).•Provide product presentations, technical support, and guidance to decision-makers throughout the project lifecycle.•T rack projects from design to execution, coordinating with internal sales and execution teams.•Collaborate closely with the marketing and technical team to create customized proposals and solutions.•Maintain and update CRM/database with project specifications and contacts.•Achieve sales targets by converting specified projects into successful orders.Requirements:•Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.•2-5 years of experience in specification or project sales (preferably in building materials, , lighting, HVAC).•Strong existing network with consultants, architects, or project decision-makers is a plus.
