-A role that offers a breadth of learning opportunities-Fantastic work culture-Opportunity to make a positive impactOur client is a specialist in developing natural, mineral-based solutions for animal care and feed, with established operations in the UAE and India. our client delivers innovative products that improve bedding management, enhance animal health, and boost farm productivity for poultry and dairy producers.The JobProbation: 6-month trial period10 % uncapped commission (on net invoiced sales)You will identify and schedule meetings with poultry and dairy producers, integrators, and veterinary distributors to present our animal-care and feed portfolio.You will negotiate commercial terms with new channel partners and manage post-sales relations to secure repeat orders.You will conduct on-farm visits, oversee product trials, analyze performance metrics, and generate follow-up reports.You will map high-potential territories across the UAE and support our Saudi Arabia expansion plan.You will maintain CRM records, submit weekly sales forecasts, and track competitor activity.Ideal CandidateMinimum 2 years of B2B sales in animal feed, animal farm inputs, or related animal-care products.Valid UAE driving licence and own car (mileage reimbursed).Fluent in English; Arabic or Hindi a plus.Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.Willingness to travel extensively (≈ 60 % field time).
