Job Description

Sales ExecutiveJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesKey responsibilities:?Achieve the sales targets allocated for the year.?Generate leads, grow existing relationships, and maintain a detailed database of clients.?Actively pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, attending trade exhibitions, and using social media.?Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and propose suitable products.?Arrange product demos and maintain regular follow-up with customers.?Develop business proposals and quotations to share with customers.?Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales.?Arrange technical training for customers and provide after-sales service.?Research industry trends, market activities, and competitors; propose value-added solutions to customers.?Submit sales reports to management on time.?Use the company CRM and follow the Group Sales Process.?Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality of service.?Support strategic plans set by higher management through various tasks and activities.?Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives, fostering a supportive work environment.?Provide feedback from frontline operations to inform strategic decisions.?Follow governance policies and procedures relevant to the role.Minimum Experience and Knowledge:?At least 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within the F&B industry.?Ability to build and manage customer relationships.?Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
