Job Title: Relationship Officer Credit Card / Personal Loans Sales Full job description#Urgent Hiring#We are urgently looking to recruit experienced Sales Executive for promoting and selling credit card / Loan products to potential customers. The role involves understanding the needs of customers, offering appropriate solutions, and closing sales to achieve targets.Responsibilities:Sales and Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential customers through various sources like cold calls, referrals, networking, and marketing campaigns.
  • Engage with potential customers to explain the benefits of credit card offerings and Loans product.
  • Generate and follow up on leads to drive sales and meet sales targets.
Product Knowledge:
  • Have a deep understanding of different credit card / Loan products, including benefits, fees, rewards, and other features.
  • Provide clear, accurate information to customers about the products to assist them in making informed decisions.
Sales Targets:
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Track progress towards sales goals and consistently meet or surpass expectations.
Application Processing:
  • Assist customers in completing the necessary application forms and documentation.
  • Submit applications for approval and ensure the smooth processing of all necessary paperwork.
Market Research:
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in the credit card industry, customer preferences, and competitors? offerings.
  • Use this information to adjust sales strategies and improve customer acquisition.
Customer Retention:
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Offer solutions and services to retain existing customers, ensuring satisfaction with the credit card product.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
  • Previous sales experience (especially in banking or financial products) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of credit card / Loan products, features, and financial services.
