Job Description

  • Girl or Woman - Fluent in English - Excellent communication skills, -Able to take on a variety of administrative and sales-related responsibilities.
  • Handle all communication channels of the organization in a fluent and efficient manner.
  • Track the touring requirements and costs of the companys employees with the help of relevant reporting tools and software.
  • Coordinate with relevant personnel for the timely arrangement of meetings to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.
  • Communicate fluently in telephonic conversations by adhering to organizational ethics and protocols.
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors and direct them to intended departments.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, email correspondence, and office organization.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, and events, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service to clients and partners.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, sales proposals, and marketing materials.
  • Support the sales team in conducting business negotiations and presentations to potential clients, including companies and organizations.
  • Help organize and promote company events, exhibitions, and advertising campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of contracts, quotations, and other sales documentation.
  • Manage social media platforms and assist with advertising efforts to increase brand awareness.
  • Provide general office support and ensure that operations run smoothly.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to conduct meetings and negotiations in a professional manner.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Previous experience in administrative or office management roles is a plus.
  • Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
