  1. Market Development: Expand motorcycle sales and channels in the MENA region to achieve company sales targets.
  2. Customer Management: Maintain relationships with existing distributors and key clients, while actively developing potential customers.
  3. Strategy Formulation: Develop and implement regional sales strategies based on market demand and competition.
  4. Performance Analysis: Regularly report on sales performance and propose optimization plans.
  5. Brand Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and recognition in the local market.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the motorcycle or automotive industry, with familiarity in the MENA market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust quickly with clients.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus) and adaptability to a multicultural work environment.
  • Strong interest in motorcycles, with knowledge of related technology and market trends.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of handling work pressure independently.
