Roles and Responsibilities?

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the business setup process.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and tactics. Set sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Keep track of sales activities, such as calls made, meetings held, and deals closed.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, including key metrics and insights.
  • Analyze sales data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry best practices, sales techniques, and relevant regulations.
  • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure a seamless client experience. Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements and deliver on commitments.
