Job Description

We are looking for a female candidate with experience who can handle Online E commerce business.Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management
  • Dealing with customers for inquiries, orders, requests , complaints, refund, and delivery.
  • Ensuring the complete transaction for each order from inquiry until item is delivered.
  • Coordination and communication with Logistics Partners.
  • Incharge for daily inventory.
  • Prepare product for shipping (Barcoding, Item Inventory counts , Pre-order form and Pick up request)
  • Document financial information
  • Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting sheet
  • Dealing with Influencers and Models for Marketing.
  • Maintain office equipment.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
  • Other tasks will be assigned based on business requirement
