Job Description

Commission Basis Only, 30% flat commission on revenueJob Title: Sales Representative for Training InstituteOur training institute is seeking a motivated and skilled sales representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a proven track record in sales. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for promoting our training programs to potential students and corporate clients.Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell training programs to potential students and corporate clients
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, and networking
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our training programs
Requirements:
  • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record in sales, with at least 1 years of experience in a sales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the training industry and the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends
