Planning:Make yearly plan and market study.Sales Target:Achieving and completing the yearly sales target.Customers:Build relationship with customers and increase the number of customers.Inquiries and Quotations:Follow up with customer inquiries then quote as per the approved price list.Assisting:Assist in preparing sales order, production order, Material Requisition (MR) to process for the production and for delivery section to prepare delivery.Payments:Assist finance department in contacting with customers, follow up cash sales and collection once needed.Products:Have a good knowledge in the product to be able to market it and communicated to customers.Customer Satisfaction:Being able to get all needed details from customers to be able to serve them and increase customer satisfaction.Policies & Procedures:Comply with and implement the general rules and procedure of IWI.
