Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive with a Recruitment and Executive search company background.The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will do so by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects. Your goal will be to meet or exceed our annual quota and increase our revenue.Salary: AED 7000 + CommissionResponsibilities

  • Build a pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects
  • Identify new business opportunities to generate opportunities
  • Develop annual sales strategy and goals
  • Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships
  • Collaborate with sales leaders
  • Setting personal monthly targets to achieve and creating plans to take action.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls including some late hours, as and when required.
  • Make Sales Calls, send Company profiles, Agreements, follow up, negotiate fees, and close the deal.
  • Set up appointments with BDM or Sales Manager, if appropriate.
  • Identify customers? needs, take details and forward them to the right person for taking action.
  • Comfort the client and seize opportunities to upsell other services when they arise.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra miles
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customers? needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Acquiring new clients and managing existing customer relations.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Assisting the Sales Manager and the Operations Team to reach the monthly revenue.
