  • What youll do:Developing, Offering and selling services to customers;
  • Do you find it easy to communicate with people and are customer-oriented and promote networking and socialising? Are you passionate about helping people during the beginning of their new journey? If you value collaborative team efforts and high creative output, Easy wedding may be the place for you!
- Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Attend all calls, email, and online inquiries;
  • Understand our customers situation;
  • Provide all needed information regarding weddings & documents;
  • Provide all the information about travelling rules and regulations based on the destination;
  • Follow up on potential leads;
  • Close deals in a timely manner;
  • Maintain the communication during and after the wedding;
- Ideal candidate
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or MBA;
  • Work experience in sales not less than 3 years at a mid or senior level;
  • Having knowledge and skills in active sales, processing incoming requests, maintaining CRM, and preparing commercial documents;
  • Certificates in sales will be preferred;
  • Good communication skills with English proficiency;
  • Experience in customer relationship management;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Creativity and team spirit, attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
  • Speaking French or another language is an advantage;
  • Extroverted ones with strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Experience in selling about 50k USD worth of services:
  • Experience in serving about 40-50 customers per month
