Identify and nurture new business opportunities and maintain strong relations with existing customers, while delivering superior customer service. Build and increase leads through contact and relationship building with target market representatives. Present the company?s portfolio to convey our standards of quality, integrity, expertise and successful fulfillment of customer needs. Assist in developing the right solution/need for the customer. Explore and reach sales opportunities across all industries to achieve sales targets and increase sales revenue. Lead the entire sales cycle ? from initial opportunity to securing business and ensuring delivery. Proactively follow up on and prioritize all enquiries/quotations/deliveries. Follow up on payments with customers to ensure timely collection and report regularly on payment status to management. Record Sales and Order information in line with company reporting systems. Communicating effectively with management, sales, marketing, and production teams, with regular updates to guarantee sales and customer objectives are met. Keep current on industry know-how and knowledge of competitive landscape.
