We are interested in hiring a competent and qualified telemarketing and sales person at WellFit Consultancy to secure business meetings with potential clients. The selected candidate must have a solid experience of a minimum of two years in telemarketing and selling services, preferably in educational and/or health services.Responsibilities? Access to a fast and reliable internet connection? Ownership to an updated and reliable PC? Ability to convert phone calls into business meetings between subject matter expert and potential client? Ability to persuade and educate potential clients on the importance of the service being communicated? Follow up with leads? Work full-time according to GCC work week (Sunday to Thursday)? Commit to Dubai time zone (+1-2 hours than Lebanon)? Accept constructive criticism and work under pressure? Follow data entry guidelines when working on an online CRM? Work 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Beirut time? Make regional phone calls to Dubai and GCC countries? Speak fluent Arabic and EnglishTasks? Perform regional phone calls to Dubai and GCC companies as well as international phone calls? Communicate a script about corporate wellness and ergonomic consulting services to companies? Use a provided online database of all potential clients to be called? Update database on a daily basis after every phone call with the required information? Provide a daily report to the Operations Director in chargeBenefits? Starting salary of 400$USD? Commission-based salary:o For every phone call that is converted into a business meeting: 10$USDo If the business meeting results in a successful deal (signed contract): 30$USDExpectations? Provide a minimum of 3 business meetings per day within an agreed timeline? Ability to create rapport and break the ice with potential clients over the phone to facilitate the meeting process? Ability to calibrate between following a provided script and improvise with the potential client to secure a meeting? Ability to learn intensively about the service being marketed by attending training sessions and reading recommended articles to better inform the potential clients about the benefits of working with WellFit Consultancy
