? Position reports to Sales Manager ? Deliver the highest level of customer service by appropriately providing up to date knowledge about price, promotions, discounts and special packages as well as answer customer questions and concerns ? Consistently upsell and cross-sell, based on the customer?s needs ? Handle and resolve customer issues & escalate those that cannot be resolved to the Operations Manager ? Handle regular, party, corporate & group bookings via phone calls, emails and social media ? Handle on site bookings by providing information regarding the packages and closing the sale ? Achieve the monthly & yearly booking targets and report the Sales Manager on the same ? Place initial phone calls to qualify and warm up leads and generate interest ? Prospecting, cold calling, and making appointments with new leads ? Follow-up calls to prioritized leads and ensure customer follow up via, email, call or appointment
