We are a Wood Manufacturing company looking for a Sales Executive who can join on immediate basis.Basic Requirements? Conduct research in order to identify market requirement for current and future products? Collaborate with other Functional Heads and the Executive Teams to build organic revenue growth and a high performance sales organization? Provide input to innovate new service and product development activities? Maintain a strong understanding of current and new competition, positioning and trends? Developing Sales Strategy, Setting up sales targets, and forecasting sales flow? Conducting Sales presentations with Loyalty partners alongside Major Ministries Architects, Consultants, Contractors and Fit-out Companies? Representing Company in Various Trade Shows? Exposure in selling with Green Products segment? Experience of Specification Sales:- Developing Project Pipeline for prospecting through Job Site & Customer Visits- Conducts regular follow ups on project progress at tendering stage- Coordinates for Technical submissions i.e Product & Compliance Submission? Should be proficient with Account Management and performs the following:- Mapping the Joineries/Contractor/ Fit out companies- Developing relationship in line with Project Pipeline Skill Set? Execute the Roll out Marketing Activities which includes new product roll-outs through existing and new client base.Qualifications:? BS/MS degree in Business Administration or a related field? Minimum of 2 - 5 years experience in the wood industry or joinery industries? Strong Technical Knowledge? Maintains good rapport with clients and ensure full customer engagement? Should be comfortable with Pre Sales Activities? Proficient in MS Office? UAE driving license is a must
