Responsibilities:?Ability to prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers.?A solid technical knowledge with sales skills background.?Meeting regular sales targets.?Analytical and problem solving skills.?Make all efforts to keep up to date with the market trends, upcoming developments and average prices of various freehold areas and maintain appropriate records (sales database).?Liaise with the management in formulating a sales plan and strategy for the company on regular basis.?Establish and maintain a comprehensive reporting system for all sales achieved and to ensure that frequent and accurate reports are made to management.?Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.?Shall be acquainted with the UAE Construction market with emphasis on Precast Concrete preferred.?Must be able to propose alternative construction solutions in precast concrete with emphasis on greater quality, safety and punctuality.?Must be able to coordinate with the technical department to develop technical proposals to prospective clients within budget at short notice, for various types of precast concrete products.?Must be able to propose solutions in-line with the manufacturing-capabilities of the plant.?Must have working knowledge of all relevant construction codes in use in the UAE.
