Position Title: Sales Engineer ? MaintenanceEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary: up to 8K AED depending on experience and qualificationsBenefits: Company car with fuel + SalikJob Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: An Abu-Dhabi based leading provider of cutting-edge fire protection solutions, specializing in the design, installation, and rigorous testing for fire detection, firefighting, and emergency lighting systems

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the maintenance business, pursue opportunities for AMC, fit-out, refurbishment, and repair services, and work towards sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Build relationships with facility managers, developers, consultants, and contractors; conduct presentations; and attend meetings, site visits, and networking events to generate leads.
  • Ensure contracts comply with CD regulations and NFPA standards, collaborate with teams to execute contracts smoothly, and address client concerns with technical solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records, provide regular sales reports and forecasts, and track payments to ensure timely collections.
