Job will includeClient retention, Lead generation, handling pump projects, customer serviceissues, site visits.? Actively supportthe business unit area, from Sales & Tendering point of view, by respondingtimely to customer s requests and by developing strong customerrelationships? Evaluatingcustomer requirements to ensure that we can produce, assemble, fabricate apumps set that will satisfy customer s needs with the help of advancedengineering, purchasing, and commercial management? Reviewingcustomer s Requests for Quotation, drawings and specifications asrequired? Assistingcustomers in the selection of proper pump hydraulic performance to satisfyrequirements? Conductingnegotiations with customers? Activelyparticipate and provide feedback to the manager, so as to assist correctdecision making on multi-brand business-area projects? Ensure - in cooperationwith the business unit - that a sales strategy is in place for all majorprojects? Ensure thateffective client contact, relationship building and management processes are in place to positively influence theclient and create a predisposition to view as the preferred source of supply.? Development and maintenance ofcustomer contacts? Supporting manager in coordinationwith the sales & marketing teams to arrange conduct the marketing eventslike (Seminars, Workshops, Exhibitions etc) as and when necessary? Identify upcoming projects andensure the Company is aware of the corresponding opportunities? Monitor continuously the changingmarket and country requirements that affect Company products and policies,including competitors' activities? Provide detailed on-time MonthlySales reports and accurate Sales forecast? Traveling in the assigned marketvisits.Skills:-? Generating Business? Meeting Sales Targets? Collecting Payments?
