Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director (Automotive) to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. This is a senior-level position that requires a strong understanding of the automotive market and excellent leadership skills.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  4. Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative sales approaches
  5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product and service improvements
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  7. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
  8. Stay updated on industry developments, new technologies, and best practices in automotive sales
