The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing key accounts, and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and excellent leadership skills.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and target markets, ensuring a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including property investors, agents, and brokers.
