We are looking for a Sales Director (Real Estate). The ideal candidate must have excellent knowledge about UAE real estate market with a minimum of 5 years of real estate proven experienceJob description

  • Manage, train, and develop the sales team
  • Set KPIs and ensure that the team archive the set KPIs
  • Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets for the sales team
  • Develop training programs to enhance product knowledge for the sales Team
  • Establishing a sales training program to train new Agents and existing Agents
  • Assist in the recruitment process of the sales team
  • Support your team in closing deals when required
  • Assist in the lead?s generation and management of the team
  • Cultivating lasting relationships with developers and other stakeholders to grow customer loyalty
  • Keep updated with the real estate market in Dubai
  • Effectively communicate with the Team and guide them through their day-to-day work.
  • Work with the sales team to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Conduct morning sales meetings to Train the Team and understand what is in their pipelines
